June 2026 snapshot — all home types
In June 2026, the Toronto housing market recorded 2,443 home sales — up 2.8% from May 2026 and up 5.3% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,081,375 (median $835,000), down 2.4% month-over-month and down 4.5% compared with June 2025.
On the supply side, 6,096 new listings came to market and 10,047 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.7 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 99.0% of the list price and took about 29 days to sell.
