October 2025 snapshot — all home types
In October 2025, the Toronto housing market recorded 2,351 home sales — up 14.0% from September 2025. The average selling price was $1,069,807 (median $845,000), down 1.8% month-over-month.
On the supply side, 5,988 new listings came to market and 10,357 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.8 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 98.0% of the list price and took about 31 days to sell.
