August 2026 snapshot — all home types
In August 2026, the Vaughan housing market recorded 242 home sales — down 11.0% from July 2026 and down 7.6% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,234,758 (median $1,148,750), up 7.9% month-over-month and up 2.0% compared with August 2025.
On the supply side, 593 new listings came to market and 1,198 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.9 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 97.0% of the list price and took about 33 days to sell.
