May 2026 snapshot — all home types
In May 2026, the Toronto housing market recorded 2,377 home sales — up 2.8% from April 2026 and up 2.7% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,108,292 (median $885,000), up 1.5% month-over-month and down 4.1% compared with May 2025.
On the supply side, 6,401 new listings came to market and 9,916 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.8 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 99.0% of the list price and took about 26 days to sell.
