April 2026 snapshot — all home types
In April 2026, the Toronto housing market recorded 2,312 home sales — up 20.9% from March 2026. The average selling price was $1,091,761 (median $838,750), up 6.7% month-over-month.
On the supply side, 6,136 new listings came to market and 9,260 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.9 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 99.0% of the list price and took about 29 days to sell.
