August 2026 snapshot — all home types
In August 2026, the Scarborough Bluffs housing market recorded 59 home sales — up 18.0% from July 2026 and little changed year-over-year. The average selling price was $862,449, up 4.7% month-over-month and down 12.1% compared with August 2025.
On the supply side, 134 new listings came to market and 294 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.6 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 99.4% of the list price and took about 37 days to sell.
