In May 2026, the Scarborough Bluffs housing market recorded 61 home sales — down 19.7% from April 2026 and down 33.7% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,069,450, up 18.2% month-over-month and down 3.9% compared with May 2025.
On the supply side, 203 new listings came to market and 319 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.5 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 99.1% of the list price and took about 21 days to sell.
