July 2026 snapshot — all home types
In July 2026, the Toronto housing market recorded 2,242 home sales — down 8.2% from June 2026 and up 1.7% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,010,836 (median $800,000), down 6.5% month-over-month and down 3.2% compared with July 2025.
On the supply side, 4,980 new listings came to market and 9,310 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.6 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 97.0% of the list price and took about 32 days to sell.
