March 2026 snapshot — all home types
In March 2026, the Scarborough housing market recorded 299 home sales — up 27.8% from February 2026. The average selling price was $781,258, down 6.4% month-over-month.
On the supply side, 782 new listings came to market and 1,152 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.4 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 99.8% of the list price and took about 31 days to sell.
