November 2025 snapshot — all home types
In November 2025, the Scarborough housing market recorded 325 home sales — down 24.2% from October 2025. The average selling price was $817,481, down 2.3% month-over-month.
On the supply side, 711 new listings came to market and 1,409 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.2 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 98.5% of the list price and took about 31 days to sell.
