August 2026 snapshot — all home types
In August 2026, the Pickering housing market recorded 105 home sales — up 7.1% from July 2026 and up 6.1% year-over-year. The average selling price was $935,490 (median $858,000), down 1.6% month-over-month and up 2.4% compared with August 2025.
On the supply side, 216 new listings came to market and 398 properties were available at month-end, roughly 3.7 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 98.0% of the list price and took about 33 days to sell.
