June 2026 snapshot — all home types
In June 2026, the Markham housing market recorded 360 home sales — up 18.8% from May 2026 and up 31.4% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,136,454 (median $1,071,000), down 5.3% month-over-month and down 11.6% compared with June 2025.
On the supply side, 794 new listings came to market and 1,172 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.3 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 99.0% of the list price and took about 29 days to sell.
