November 2025 snapshot — all home types
In November 2025, the Markham housing market recorded 219 home sales — down 22.1% from October 2025. The average selling price was $1,149,893 (median $1,100,000), down 6.6% month-over-month.
On the supply side, 514 new listings came to market and 1,036 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.6 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 98.0% of the list price and took about 34 days to sell.
