April 2026 snapshot — all home types
In April 2026, the Markham housing market recorded 250 home sales — up 11.1% from March 2026. The average selling price was $1,140,668 (median $1,084,000), down 1.3% month-over-month.
On the supply side, 773 new listings came to market and 1,109 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.6 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 98.0% of the list price and took about 27 days to sell.
