March 2026 snapshot — all home types
In March 2026, the Markham housing market recorded 225 home sales — up 23.6% from February 2026. The average selling price was $1,155,505 (median $1,100,000), up 8.1% month-over-month.
On the supply side, 614 new listings came to market and 889 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.7 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 98.0% of the list price and took about 32 days to sell.
