July 2026 snapshot — all home types
In July 2026, the Thornhill housing market recorded 560 home sales — down 19.2% from June 2026 and up 5.1% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,137,787, down 1.9% month-over-month and down 9.1% compared with July 2025.
On the supply side, 1,351 new listings came to market and 2,445 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.5 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 98.0% of the list price and took about 33 days to sell.
