June 2025 snapshot — all home types
In June 2025, the Markham housing market recorded 274 home sales — up 7.0% from May 2025. The average selling price was $1,286,057 (median $1,260,000), up 0.5% month-over-month.
On the supply side, 833 new listings came to market and 1,322 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.1 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 99.0% of the list price and took about 28 days to sell.
