August 2026 snapshot — all home types
In August 2026, the Richmond Hill housing market recorded 161 home sales — down 11.5% from July 2026 and down 8.5% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,205,777 (median $1,068,888), down 1.4% month-over-month and down 3.3% compared with August 2025.
On the supply side, 449 new listings came to market and 933 properties were available at month-end, roughly 5.6 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 97.0% of the list price and took about 37 days to sell.
