June 2026 snapshot — all home types
In June 2026, the King City housing market recorded 24 home sales — up 9.1% from May 2026 and down 20.0% year-over-year. The average selling price was $2,253,469 (median $1,947,500), up 24.1% month-over-month and up 17.3% compared with June 2025.
On the supply side, 103 new listings came to market and 236 properties were available at month-end, roughly 11.7 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 95.0% of the list price and took about 38 days to sell.
