May 2026 snapshot — all home types
In May 2026, the King City housing market recorded 22 home sales — up 15.8% from April 2026 and up 37.5% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,815,404 (median $1,743,750), up 15.3% month-over-month and up 1.1% compared with May 2025.
On the supply side, 135 new listings came to market and 233 properties were available at month-end, roughly 11.3 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 94.0% of the list price and took about 31 days to sell.
