July 2026 snapshot — all home types
In July 2026, the King City housing market recorded 20 home sales — down 16.7% from June 2026 and up 25.0% year-over-year. The average selling price was $2,028,099 (median $1,770,000), down 10.0% month-over-month and down 6.4% compared with July 2025.
On the supply side, 88 new listings came to market and 240 properties were available at month-end, roughly 11.6 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 94.0% of the list price and took about 55 days to sell.
