In May 2026, the Aurora housing market recorded 71 home sales — up 18.3% from April 2026 and up 14.5% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,181,220 (median $1,145,000), up 2.4% month-over-month and down 6.3% compared with May 2025.
On the supply side, 198 new listings came to market and 301 properties were available at month-end, roughly 5.3 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 100.0% of the list price and took about 31 days to sell.
