July 2026 snapshot — all home types
In July 2026, the Aurora housing market recorded 62 home sales — down 18.4% from June 2026 and up 31.9% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,301,811 (median $1,175,000), up 5.0% month-over-month and down 12.1% compared with July 2025.
On the supply side, 163 new listings came to market and 301 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.9 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 95.0% of the list price and took about 34 days to sell.
