August 2026 snapshot — all home types
In August 2026, the Aurora housing market recorded 49 home sales — down 21.0% from July 2026 and down 10.9% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,105,004 (median $942,000), down 15.1% month-over-month and down 18.7% compared with August 2025.
On the supply side, 121 new listings came to market and 279 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.9 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 97.0% of the list price and took about 42 days to sell.
