In April 2026, the King City housing market recorded 19 home sales — up 18.8% from March 2026. The average selling price was $1,574,989 (median $1,450,000), down 22.0% month-over-month.
On the supply side, 79 new listings came to market and 203 properties were available at month-end, roughly 11.7 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 96.0% of the list price and took about 35 days to sell.
