June 2026 snapshot — all home types
In June 2026, the Vaughan housing market recorded 333 home sales — up 6.4% from May 2026 and up 20.2% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,185,018 (median $1,100,000), little changed month-over-month and down 2.9% compared with June 2025.
On the supply side, 854 new listings came to market and 1,344 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.9 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 97.0% of the list price and took about 28 days to sell.
