April 2026 snapshot — all home types
In April 2026, the Vaughan housing market recorded 257 home sales — up 6.2% from March 2026. The average selling price was $1,169,382 (median $1,116,000), down 1.3% month-over-month.
On the supply side, 818 new listings came to market and 1,277 properties were available at month-end, roughly 5.3 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 98.0% of the list price and took about 29 days to sell.
