In March 2026, the Vaughan housing market recorded 242 home sales — up 22.8% from February 2026. The average selling price was $1,184,383 (median $1,104,400), up 3.9% month-over-month.
On the supply side, 723 new listings came to market and 1,083 properties were available at month-end, roughly 5.3 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 96.0% of the list price and took about 31 days to sell.
