June 2026 snapshot — all home types
In June 2026, the Richmond Hill housing market recorded 230 home sales — up 2.7% from May 2026 and up 32.2% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,241,949 (median $1,104,000), up 2.7% month-over-month and down 4.1% compared with June 2025.
On the supply side, 567 new listings came to market and 1,009 properties were available at month-end, roughly 5.7 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 97.0% of the list price and took about 31 days to sell.
