May 2026 snapshot — all home types
In May 2026, the Richmond Hill housing market recorded 224 home sales — up 21.7% from April 2026 and up 47.4% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,209,257 (median $1,165,000), up 2.9% month-over-month and down 18.2% compared with May 2025.
On the supply side, 646 new listings came to market and 1,030 properties were available at month-end, roughly 5.9 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 99.0% of the list price and took about 27 days to sell.
