June 2026 snapshot — all home types
In June 2026, the Thornhill housing market recorded 693 home sales — up 12.5% from May 2026 and up 25.8% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,159,790, down 2.5% month-over-month and down 7.4% compared with June 2025.
On the supply side, 1,648 new listings came to market and 2,516 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.6 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 98.0% of the list price and took about 29 days to sell.
