May 2026 snapshot — all home types
In May 2026, the Thornhill housing market recorded 616 home sales — up 21.5% from April 2026 and up 16.0% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,189,531, up 3.0% month-over-month and down 8.7% compared with May 2025.
On the supply side, 1,574 new listings came to market and 2,496 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.8 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 98.5% of the list price and took about 27 days to sell.
