June 2026 snapshot — all home types
In June 2026, the Aurora housing market recorded 76 home sales — up 7.0% from May 2026 and up 28.8% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,239,892 (median $1,202,500), up 5.0% month-over-month and down 6.7% compared with June 2025.
On the supply side, 180 new listings came to market and 290 properties were available at month-end, roughly 5.1 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 97.0% of the list price and took about 24 days to sell.
