April 2026 snapshot — all home types
In April 2026, the Aurora housing market recorded 60 home sales — up 17.6% from March 2026. The average selling price was $1,153,153 (median $1,002,500), down 2.9% month-over-month.
On the supply side, 200 new listings came to market and 296 properties were available at month-end, roughly 5.4 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 97.0% of the list price and took about 26 days to sell.
