July 2025 snapshot — all home types
In July 2025, the Aurora housing market recorded 47 home sales — down 20.3% from June 2025. The average selling price was $1,481,109 (median $1,165,000), up 11.4% month-over-month.
On the supply side, 201 new listings came to market and 346 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.7 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 95.0% of the list price and took about 41 days to sell.
