June 2026 snapshot — all home types
In June 2026, the Scarborough Bluffs housing market recorded 71 home sales — up 16.4% from May 2026 and up 39.2% year-over-year. The average selling price was $938,848, down 12.2% month-over-month and down 7.5% compared with June 2025.
On the supply side, 204 new listings came to market and 324 properties were available at month-end, roughly 4.5 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 98.4% of the list price and took about 25 days to sell.
