June 2026 snapshot — all home types
In June 2026, the Port Perry housing market recorded 31 home sales — down 3.1% from May 2026 and up 6.9% year-over-year. The average selling price was $990,492 (median $958,000), up 4.8% month-over-month and up 9.6% compared with June 2025.
