In August 2026, the Port Perry housing market recorded 18 home sales — down 41.9% from July 2026 and down 10.0% year-over-year. The average selling price was $819,217 (median $825,000), down 8.4% month-over-month and down 8.5% compared with August 2025.
On the supply side, 59 new listings came to market and 141 properties were available at month-end, roughly 5.1 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 97.0% of the list price and took about 27 days to sell.
