July 2026 snapshot — all home types
In July 2026, the Port Perry housing market recorded 31 home sales — little changed from June 2026 and up 47.6% year-over-year. The average selling price was $894,776 (median $860,000), down 9.7% month-over-month and up 11.2% compared with July 2025.
On the supply side, 68 new listings came to market and 149 properties were available at month-end, roughly 5.0 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 97.0% of the list price and took about 34 days to sell.
