May 2026 snapshot — all home types
In May 2026, the Port Perry housing market recorded 32 home sales — up 52.4% from April 2026 and up 28.0% year-over-year. The average selling price was $944,997 (median $867,500), up 9.1% month-over-month and down 24.3% compared with May 2025.
