June 2026 snapshot — all home types
In June 2026, the Pickering housing market recorded 157 home sales — up 24.6% from May 2026 and up 20.8% year-over-year. The average selling price was $917,592 (median $835,000), down 1.1% month-over-month and down 9.5% compared with June 2025.
On the supply side, 334 new listings came to market and 438 properties were available at month-end, roughly 3.7 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 99.0% of the list price and took about 25 days to sell.
