June 2026 snapshot — all home types
In June 2026, the Brooklin housing market recorded 168 home sales — up 11.3% from May 2026 and down 11.1% year-over-year. The average selling price was $936,392 (median $886,000), down 1.4% month-over-month and down 2.6% compared with June 2025.
On the supply side, 351 new listings came to market and 417 properties were available at month-end, roughly 2.9 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 99.0% of the list price and took about 24 days to sell.
