May 2026 snapshot — all home types
In May 2026, the Brooklin housing market recorded 151 home sales — up 9.4% from April 2026 and down 12.2% year-over-year. The average selling price was $949,657 (median $905,000), up 4.3% month-over-month and down 1.3% compared with May 2025.
On the supply side, 351 new listings came to market and 421 properties were available at month-end, roughly 2.9 months of inventory. Homes sold for an average of 99.0% of the list price and took about 22 days to sell.
